TOUR COORDINATOR

• Experience 2 years & above. Communicate well in English & BM & major
Chinese dialect. Knowledge in ticketing reservation system. Able to
handle FIT booking. To be based in Rawang. Full-Time and Contract
position available.

Ticketing & Reservation Executive

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in travel industry
• Possess an IATA certificate of ticketing
• Experience in corporate travel servicing
• Sound knowledge in Airlines Ticket and Amadeus CRS
• Proficient in IATA/BSP rules and reports/requisition formats
• Full-Time and Contract position available.
• Communicate well in English & Malay.
• Preferred language : Chinese
• Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang.
• Good communication skill, positive attitude & aggressive

Responsibilities:
• Attend to corporate clients' enquiries and Walk in Client enquiries
at frontline counter
• Assist Customers with Travel Related Enquiries
• Liaise with airlines and approved agents to check all
communications, negotiations and procurement requirements when required
• Assist customers in checking for travel schedules and processing of
visa applications
• Able to handle ticket issues and confirmation of documentations eg.
reissue/reroute ticket, refunds, ADM, ACM, BSP reports
• Responsible in other day-to-day administration work

Travel Consultant

Level, or Higher education.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Travel Industry
• Preferred candidate with a Professional Certificate or Diploma
(Diploma in IATA/UFTA an advantage)
• Skill in Amadeus CRS
• Knowledge in ticketing reservation system
